Frequently asked questions

You can start the application process right now by expressing interest. We’ll confirm your eligibility and if shortlisted, will book in a consultation to understand more about your aspirations so that we can ensure we can help you to achieve your goals.

You get dedicated training and support to build your plan, a free accredited qualification (Certificate IV in New Small Business) and access to financial, legal, marketing and administration support.

We work with you for a six-week period to build your business plan and get you in a position where you are ready to launch. Our Start-up Hub provides training and assistance to develop your business plan, access to mentors and professional services and a shared office space for you to build your business.
We’ve worked hard to build a program that connects you with the kind of professionals that you need to make your idea a reality. This is all part of us helping you to learn more and do more.

The Hub is a physical, shared space at our Waverley campus. If accepted, you can access the Hub Monday to Friday 7am - 10pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm.
You can bring your own devices and use our wi-fi, hold meetings and use our shared administration services such as printing and postal services.

If you are a Holmesglen graduate or currently enrolled, you can apply – but spaces are limited. To be offered a place you need to be committed to working full-time to build your business, and cannot be working or studying more than 15 hours per week on a regular basis.

Bronwyn’s experience in public practice spans over 20 years, where she has successfully run her accounting firm with a long term partner, and managed a variety of staff and trainees.
